Parliamentary Elections in Moldova, March 2005 – Project "Organization of the Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT)" of the League for Defense of Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova (LADOM)
Eurasia Foundation hired a member of the ProConcept team as the Project Consultant on a project “Election Observation - Coalition 2005 - Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections” during Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of Moldova, held on March 6, 2005.
Part of the project plan was that organization “League for Defence of Human Rights in the Republic of Moldova ( LADOM)” get solely involved and responsible in organizing the election monitoring activities at the polling stations and the parallel vote tabulation (PVT).
Primary Consultant’s responsibilities, besides working closely with LADOM leadership in overcoming the problems during election monitoring mission, were as follows:

Assistance in action plan preparation for the monitoring of the forthcoming elections;

Assistance and assessment in the process of recruitment of volunteers/monitors;

Assistance in preparation of internal communication plan (collecting, preparation and processing of data);

Providing help in developing the operation of domestic election monitoring based on widely accepted standards of performance;
